- 7-Day No Reason Return & Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for our 7-Day No Reason Return & Exchange, your request must meet the following requirements:
1. Your return or exchange request must be submitted to our customer support team within 7 calendar days of the delivery date of your order.
2. The luggage item must be in unused, brand-new condition, with no signs of wear, scuffs, scratches, dents, or damage from use.
3. All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be included and in their original, intact condition.
4. The item must not have been altered, customized, or damaged by the customer.
- Non-Eligible Returns & Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above eligibility requirements, including:
1. Return requests submitted after the 7-day window from delivery.
2. Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration by the customer.
3. Items returned without original packaging, tags, or included accessories.
4. Personalized or custom-made items, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

- Refund & Exchange Details
1. Refunds: For approved returns, we will process a full refund of the item purchase price to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for no-reason returns. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, typically taking 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
2. Exchanges: For approved exchanges, we will ship your replacement item once we receive and inspect the returned product. If the replacement item has a different price, we will arrange for additional payment or a partial refund accordingly.
- Shipping Cost Responsibility
1. We will cover all return and replacement shipping costs for returns due to: product defects, manufacturing issues, shipping damage, incorrect items sent, or our error.
2. For 7-Day No Reason returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, as well as any additional shipping fees for the replacement item. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

If your luggage arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request immediately, and arrange for a full refund, free replacement, or complimentary repair, at no additional cost to you.
