We ship worldwide using a combination of local warehouses and international fulfillment centers.

To ensure faster delivery, we operate local warehouses in the following regions:

Philippines

Orders to these destinations may be shipped directly from the nearest local warehouse whenever stock is available.
For other countries, orders will be fulfilled via international shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that processing time may be slightly extended during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.

Transit Time

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method:

• Local warehouse shipments: approximately 3–7 business days
• International shipments: approximately 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch, depending on the carrier.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

For orders shipped from our local warehouses (United States, Malaysia, Thailand, and Philippines), import duties and customs clearance are generally not required.

For international shipments, import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated.

These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

In rare cases, customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our control. We will provide reasonable assistance if additional information is required by customs.
